We know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly and conveniently as possible and that’s why we ship all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. See Delivery & Returns details below.



All UK orders are shipped via a standard 48 hour delivery service.

Orders placed after 15:00 GMT will be shipped the following day.

We’ll share a tracking number with you via email as soon as the order has been shipped.

Courier systems can sometimes take 24 hours to update so if during tracking no information is shown please allow 24 hours before attempting to contact us.



We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of receipt. Should you need to retun any item(s) please complete the form found on the Returns page.

In order to return any item(s) you must meet the following conditions:

1. The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. The item(s) must be in the original, unused condition.

If we receive a return and the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to:

1. Offer a partial refund.

2. Charge a fee to cover the cost to return the item(s) to you.

When returning any item(s) please ensure they are securely packed to avoid loss/damage during logistics.

We endeavor to process all refunds within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

Note; we are unable to refund any return postage costs.
